After our Secret Santa challenge of making mugs which all participants thoroughly enjoyed, the decision was made to acknowledge several groups in Baie-D'Urfé who have been on the frontline providing care and resources during COVID 19. Handmade vases were given to:
- Staff of Manoir Baie-D'Urfé: to acknowledge all their efforts in the past year to keep the residence COVID free.
- Staff of CPE Whiteside Taylor: to acknowledge all their efforts to keep the children safe and happy which in turn enabled their parents to more easily work from home.
- Baie-D'Urfé Librarian and volunteers: to acknowledge their efforts in keeping the library resources available to BDU residents despite lockdowns and changing circumstances.
We hope the flower filled vases will cheer those in the community who have been taking care of others despite the challenging year.
